Migration

We provide migration advice and assistance on a wide range of visa types, including family (partner and parent visas), general skilled migration, employer sponsored visas (including the new Temporary Skill Shortage visa implemented in March 2018) and business & investor visas for high net worth individuals.

We advise on complex migration scenarios, compliance issues, employer obligations and risk management as well as Australian citizenship requirements and processes.

We prepare detailed submissions for complex migration matters to the Department of Home Affairs to address notices to cancel visas and Invitation to Comment requests from the Department, and represent clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in relation to visa refusal decisions.
