In more than 15 years of legal practice, Rhonda has advised and represented a large range of national and international clients, in capital raisings, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture arrangements, in industries as diverse as education, agriculture, forestry, medical goods, ice, venture capital, manufacturing and a range of service industries.

Rhonda has gained specific industry knowledge in rural and agribusiness activities, acting for a number of clients in the egg, wine, fresh fruit and vegetables, and cattle industries.

Rhonda also advises boards and internal committees in relation to corporate governance, conflicts of interest, related party transactions, continuous disclosure and compliance with Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.  Rhonda uses this experience in the various Board roles she holds including the Chair of the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.

Rhonda is also an Accredited Mediator assisting with resolving commercial disputes and in the tenancy and franchising fields.
