Pro Bono
We consider it important to give back to the community by assisting those who are struggling as a result of circumstances that have been cast upon them and would be otherwise be unable to afford legal representation.
This has resulted in the firm providing pro bono work for the government of East Timor in relation to a number of commercial ventures which that government is seeking to undertake as part of the reconstruction of their country and the rebuilding of East Timor’s economy.
Certain partners of the firm have their own charities or NGOs that they have established or to which they provide assistance.
