Like all good Aussie traditions we love our footy. As the sports industry becomes more professional with organisations gross annual turnovers needing to continue to grow, sporting Clubs are looking for more areas in which to generate revenue through sponsorship, naming and TV rights, commercialisation of their intellectual property, players and branding.

We act for an AFL Club in respect of their commercial aspects of their operation that has included over the years, Sponsorship deals with their major sponsors and naming rights of the home ground, re-development and occupancy arrangements for their home ground, negotiations with the AFL in respect of the AFL's major sponsors and their arrangements with Telstra.

With the change in the AFL Rules to allow solicitors at the Tribunal we have assisted in the preparation and advocacy at the tribunal and the appeals process.
