Rhonda Arnott
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Management. In nearly a decade of practising law Rhonda has worked in all types of firms from a sole practitioner to a large national and international based legal firm. This variety has allowed Rhonda to practise in a broad range of areas and find her niche in plain English drafting and negotiating for clients in general commercial transactions, capital raisings, corporate restructures and joint venture arrangements in a range of industries from education, medical goods, ice, venture capitalist, manufacturing and a range of service industries.
Whilst a large amount of her time is spent doing transactional work Rhonda has gained specific knowledge in a range of rural and agribusiness activities, from dealing with clients in the egg, wine, fresh fruit and vegetables and cattle industries.
The rural focus also resulted in Rhonda establishing a charity in conjunction with Country Women's Association, raising money to purchase domestic tank water for farming and rural families who were suffering during the recent drought.
The knowledge gained in Rhonda's Sports Management Certificate is put to good use in sponsorship deals she documents, for an AFL Club.
