Nicola has substantial experience providing advice on a broad range of commercial and property matters to corporations, small business owners, property investors and private clients.

She is currently focusing on advisory work relating to the implementation of the Personal Property Securities Act.  She has considerable experience with personal property securities legislation in New Zealand, where a similar regime has been in place for many years.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.  She was admitted to practice in New Zealand in 1999 and was recently admitted to practice in Victoria.

Before joining B2B, Nicola worked in private practice in Auckland and Wellington for 11 years.
