Meileng joined B2B in 2008 and practises primarily in mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, development agreements, leasing, and corporate and commercial advisory.

Meileng has had substantial legal experience in Asia, both as a commercial/corporate solicitor in private practice and as in-house counsel for a publicly listed conglomerate.  Her exposure to the diversity and rapidness of business transactions in Asia have stood her in good stead in understanding the needs of business both in Australia and internationally.

After returning to Melbourne and before joining B2B, Meileng had a foray outside the law as the Director of Corporate Affairs for Asialink, a department of The University of Melbourne that is Australia’s leading centre for engagement between Australia and Asia.

Meileng holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.  She was a Chevening Scholar at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, where she was also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
