Demian practises primarily in commercial litigation, insolvency and asset protection.  He also advises on complex commercial transactions.

In his litigation practice, Demian acts for a wide of range of clients and specialises in complex commercial disputes, including disputes between shareholders or partners, and disputes involving trade practices, construction, intellectual property, professional negligence and other commercial areas.

In his insolvency and asset protection practice, Demian advises companies and individuals on the appropriate structuring of their affairs to protect their assets in the event of insolvency, and on responding appropriately to insolvency events, including the appointment of administrators or trustees, and the structuring and negotiation of deeds of company arrangement or Part X Personal Insolvency Agreements.

Demian provides expert advice to trustees-in-bankruptcy, liquidators and administrators regarding insolvent trading, void and voidable transactions, and other matters which may arise in the course of an external administration, including conducting court proceedings on their behalf.

Demian has been with B2B since 2004.  He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 2001 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne.
