Brad practises in commercial litigation, property law and commercial law.

Brad has specific expertise and experience in property, leasing and commercial disputes, including claims under the Trade Practices Act, contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, building disputes and retail tenancy disputes.

Brad graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and was admitted to practice in 2006.  Before joining B2B, Brad worked as a lawyer for the Victorian Government Solicitor and then in a large Australian law firm.
